A note
“The work I value most is well considered and built to flex. I focus on structures, relationships, and decisions that stay fit for a long future.”
The practice is built around a small set of long relationships. One of those is a single family office I run, covering every domain, day to day, alongside occasional legal and finance work for portfolio companies.
Beyond that, I take on engagements with other owners and entrepreneurs: a transaction, a valuation, a stretch of counsel for an old relationship, a board seat where it fits. These come by introduction. I do not market.
